Balsa is a character appearing in Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box. She is the wife of her loving husband Gabe. During Professor Layton and Luke's time investigating Dropstone, Balsa is seen later on. She is seen not far from the town by the old general store on the north side of Dropstone. Balsa is somewhat of an artist, but she usually has a problem with where to cut the wood to make it just the way she wants it for her projects.
