Chief Inspector Royall Britannias is a Chief Inspector of Scotland Yard, who appears in Layton's Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires' Conspiracy.

Britannias falsely accused Katrielle Layton of murdering Clover Pryce. He lied because he wanted to compete against Inspector Ercule Hastings as Hastings had solved more cases with Katrielle and Britannias wanted to be as popular as him.
Layton Mystery Detective Agency: Kat's Mystery Solving Files
Britannias has a minor appearance in the episodes 35 and 49, where he helps Katrielle arresting the priest of the Cranscoll Cathedral in Southampton, who captured her father, Professor Hershel Layton. Thereafter he accompanies her to the basement where they find the professor.
