Dimere is a magic spell used by witches in Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. The spell makes anything the caster touches disappear from sight. In order to make things re-appear, the spell Amere can be used.

This spell was first used before the first Witch Trial. Initially, it was thought that the spell was used to hide the Talea Magica from sight. Later on it is revealed that Kira cast the spell on herself in order to get to the crime scene undetected.
In order to make the spell actually work, the Shades simply put the target under an Invisibility Cloak.
