Dog was a trader who had borrowed money from Pig the millionaire, and was scheduled to meet with him. He was one of the four suspects of File No. 008: Ham and Cheese, being the stand-in for his real counterpart, Keelan Makepeace, during the grim recreation from Diane Makepeace, of her father's work.
Turns out Dog, and by extention Keelan, was never caught for Pig's murder, because two vital pieces of evidence, the photoes of him entering and subsequently exiting the crime scene had mysteriously vanished. While this made Diane suspect Alfendi, since he was the one that had compiled the case file, in truth it was Justin Lawson who had done the deed, him being the Keelan's collaborator within Scotland Yard.
