Now living his life in shadows, Bloom runs into a most unlikey figure: Inspector Grosky's number one fan!
Because he could not return to The Nest after his flight, he hid in London, where he ran across Hannah. He persuaded her to help him return to the police, so he could use his knowledge for similar espionage in the future. He did not want to squander his intelligence, and therefore worked again on the side of the law.
