- They should be. You just need a wifi connection with the games, and simply download the puzzles. This page has a total of all of the downloadable puzzles available in case you already have them. The Puzzle Master 18:35, April 8, 2013 (UTC)
- Thank you for the quick response. No, I do not own any Professor Layton games, yet. I will purchase an older game, probably the first in the series, and return with a bonafide answer as to availability of the weekly downloads on older Layton games. Tuberocity April 9, 2013
- I'm ready to purchase this game, "Professor Layton & the Curious Village" but a seller on Ebay stated her version of the game would only work on the DS Lite. Is this true of all, or older releases of this particular game? I have the 3DS, has anyone played this game on the 3DS? Tuberocity April 11, 2013
- From what I have read up on, all old DS games will work on the Nintendo 3DS. You just won't be able to access the 3D effect for older games. :) Detective Inspector Bob (talk) 18:49, April 11, 2013 (UTC)
