Ilyana (Vera in the British version) is a character appearing in Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box. She works in the cabaret on the southwest side of Folsense and is often trying to get people inside.
Biography
Ilyana is found in the southwestern area, west of the Folsense Museum. This is also, of course, where the cabaret is. Her tea of choice is Oasis Berry when Layton and Luke ask her if she needs help. Ilyana also tries to get Layton and Luke to see her show in the game.
She is quite "nice" to Mr. Beluga, a frequent visitor and millionaire, as he pays Ilyana and her carabet in very good sums. Ilyana, thus, gets gifts from Mr. Beluga constantly. Such gifts include quite beautiful gems that she has, since there are so many, made into a beautiful, multicolor necklace. She usually ends up selling these fine gems to Dawson in the antique shop however.
Puzzles
Ilyana is found outside the cabaret in Folsense. If you ask her she just might have a puzzle in mind. She gives Layton and Luke two puzzles during their time in Folsense. These puzzles are "The Jeweled Necklace" and "How Old Is She?".
Profile
Ilyana works at the Folsense cabaret, one of Beluga's favorite places to unwind. Beluga has a soft spot for her and often buys her ugly but lavish presents, so she makes some money on the side selling these baubles to the antique shop.
