Jarvis is generally quite cheerful and friendly in nature. He's a close friend of Ramon's, hence his concern about Ramon's mysterious disappearance.

Professor Layton and the Curious Village[]
Layton and Luke approached Jarvis after the disappearance of Ramon, although Jarvis wasn't really able to help much. He suggested that if they want more information on the recent disappearances, they should speak to Zappone instead.
