Were you looking for Maya Fey, the character in Layton-kyōju VS Gyakuten Saiban?
Maya is a character appearing in Professor Layton and the Unwound Future. She runs the Bookstore of Chinatown in Future London. She is found in the Bookstore as well. She offers a bit of service in info regarding Chinatown and the people in it. Her Bookstore is a place where Layton and Luke go a couple of times in the story too. She is also one of the few characters in Unwound Future who wears glasses.
Puzzles
Maya gives Layton and Luke a puzzle or two during their investigation of Future London. "Around the Table" and "Balance Your Books" are puzzles she gives Layton and his friends.
