Mayor Pipper Lowonida is a character appearing in Layton's Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires' Conspiracy. She is the current Mayor of London, and one of the seven millionaires.

Trivia
- Her surname, comes from one of the disputed origins for London's name, the pre-Celtic Old European (p)lowonida. It was proposed by Richard Coates that the was the name given to the part of the Thames that flowed through London. This ties her name to both her position as Mayor, and her connection to the Thames Riverside Festival.
- Lowonida also sounds like "law & order", something that she has to uphold as Mayor.
