By tapping on Mitzi and Capone after Professor Layton and Luke have information regarding Tom they can get one of the various puzzles in the game. That puzzle is "Pass It On".

Mitzi is Capone's chatty wife. Though she enjoys contradicting Capone, the couple are so sweet with each other that they've been known to drive people away with their public displays of affection.
