The owner of a small tailor shop deep in Bowlyn Hill. She's very skilled, making anything from Ratmen suits to baby clothes. And these days, she's even a 'Ratman' herself!

- While she does not have a speaking line, nor a role to play in the adapatation of the case, she does technically appear in Layton Mystery Detective Agency: Kat's Mystery-Solving Files, in her masked guise as a member of the Rat Pack.
