Mustafa Fullhold is a character appearing in Layton's Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires' Conspiracy and its anime adaptation. He is one of the Seven Dragons of London, being the owner of Bountiful Holdings, a ship building and shipping business, and the Thametanic, a luxury ferry.

Appearance[]
Mr. Fullhold is a short, elderly man with a with a small face and a large, round, and almost completely bald head except for two thick grey sideburns and a moustache. He wears a blue dress shirt and a black bowtie over a grey vest and matching pants, as well as brown dress shoes.
Personality[]
Fullhold is a wealthy and powerful man who loves the sea. He plans to go find sunken treasures underwater.
Plot[]
In Case 8: Goddess of the Thames, Fullhold invites the people of London for the first shipping of the Thametanic. He shows a golden statue of an angel known as the Godess of the Thames, which he plans to auction after they play a game he organized. The game consists of finding four miniature golden angel statues across the ship. He leads them to the engine room, and Katrielle Layton finds the first statue inside a case. Just as they were returning to the dining hall, the statue of the Goddess of Thames disappeared. Fullhold requests Katrielle, Emiliana Perfetti and Inspector Ercule Hastings to investigate the mystery. In reality, the cruiser's crew were all accomplices to the captain, Midas Pullman, who hid the statue under the ship tied with a rope to sell the statue for huge amounts of money afterwards. Pullman used to be the captain of a much larger cruiser ship that got purchased by Bountiful Holdings, as such he had to move to the Thametanic. Because of this, his paychecks became smaller and he started having a financial crisis, so he had to recover the money by any means necessary. Pullman ends up arrested, but Fullhold says that he has transmitted ownership of his former ship to the captain and that he can use it when he comes out of jail.
