Niles is a playful child, but is quite bored in Folsense, as there is nearly no other children to play with.

Niles is one of the many residents of Folsense that give Layton and Luke a puzzle or two. The puzzles Niles gives them are "Disappearing Act 1" and "Can Conundrum".
