Paillard is a character appearing in Professor Layton and the Unwound Future. He owns a restaurant in the Future London. Shipley is one of his frequent visitors. He is the father of Max. He can also be found inside of the restaurant in the arcade in southern Future London. He provides some information regarding the city of Future London early on in the game.
