A Puzzling Pyramid is a puzzle in Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy.

The king has decreed that a pyramid should be erected in his kingdom. Only two blocks have been placed so far, though, so you'd better get to it! There is, however, an important rule to consider: the difference in number between two adjacent blocks must equal the number on the block above them. For example, if the blocks marked 10 and 1 were placed side by side, the block marked 9 would have to go on top.

Put the blocks in their correct places and finish building the king's pyramid!

The 8 goes in the bottom-right corner of the pyramid. This means it's next to the 10, so the block that goes on top of these is the 2.

The block that goes in the middle of the pyramid, between the 4 and the 10, is the 9.

Armed with this information, you should now be able to work out one of the blocks that belongs in the bottom left of the pyramid.

The 6 goes in the bottom-left corner of the pyramid, with the 1 next to it.

With these two in place, you also know what belongs on top of them.

That's right - it's the 5.

You only have two blocks remaining now. You may as well be told where to put them!

The 3 goes at the top of the pyramid.

Only one block left now, and only one space to put it in! This pyramid's as good as built!

Too bad.

Think about each block in the pyramid one at a time.

That's right!

The pyramid was successfully completed. After all the effort you put in, that king had better be happy with it!
