Bibliofiling 3 is a puzzle in Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy.

This pile of books has just been returned to the library, and it's your job to tidy them up.

Your instructions say that the numbers next to and above each shelf indicate how many books should be in that row or column. Also, some books are part of a series, so they're bundled together to make them easier for people to find. Arrange the books on the shelves so that each row and column contains the right number of books.

The bundles can be rotated if necessary.

Click a Tab to reveal the Hint.

You should start by thinking about where the red bundles need to be positioned. Look at which rows and columns have the biggest numbers on them and you should have a fairly good idea of where the red bundles need to go.

You'll have noticed, while trying to position the red bundles, that there are several rows and columns labelled with a number that's four or higher. Of the columns, though, there's only one where a red bundle can actually fit.

If you assign one of the red bundles to this column, it won't be difficult to work out where the other red bundles need to go.

Place the red bundles as shown here, then turn your attention to the blue bundles.

Once you've positioned the red and blue bundles as shown here, you've only got the green books left to worry about.

Too bad.

Make sure that each row and column has the correct number of books in it!

A job well done!

All the books are right back where they're supposed to be.

Well, at least until the next borrower comes along!
