Chained Circle is a puzzle in Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask.


This toy chain is made up of many smaller links. When one of the links is removed, the chain forms one complete ring.

Circle the letter of the link that should be removed.

Look closely at which links are connected to which. Some may look as if they're connected, but they're actually just lying on top of each other.

Each of the links that form a ring has something in common with the others. You need to find any links that don't fit that pattern.

Try drawing a ring of links with the Memo Function. You may notice that the links have in common with each other.

To make a ring out of links, each link should be connected to two others, one on either side.

Look for any links in the chain that don't have two others connected to them.

If you look carefully, you'll find a blue link and a yellow link that are both connected to three other links.

All you need to do is remove the common link connected to both of these.

Think about what the chain would look like if it were a ring.



It's H. To form a ring, each link should have two others connected to it. Both G and K have three links connected to them, and both are connected to H, so removing that one is the key.
