Puzzle
In chess, the queen can move the full length of the board diagonally, vertically, and horizontally.

- US Version
Way to go!
You've finally worked your way up to an official size chessboard, 8x8. Because this classic puzzle requires the solver to place eight queens, it's known as the Eight Queens Puzzle.
If you consider rotations and mirrored solutions as separate answers, there are 92 answers to this puzzle. Without any of the above factors, there are only 12 answers.

Trivia

In the other language versions, however, the number of possible solutions is given correctly.
