- Curious Village does not contain any Puzzle Troupe profiles, though the puzzles contain many varied characters.
- In Diabolical Box, some of the members of the Troupe can be seen in the dining car of the Molentary Express in the background.
- All members of the Miracle Mask Puzzle Troupe appear in the background in Monte d'Or.
- Unwound Future puzzles feature the Troupe members from Diabolical Box alongside its own. This is the only time in the series where the same Puzzle Troupe members appeared in more than one game.
