Aurora is trapped inside a prison of ice. 84 years before Rufus Aldebaran finds the Relics Treasure and hides it in the Cranscoll Cathedral in Southampton. 48 years before Inspector Clamp Grosky is born. Around 47 years before Past events from Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box. Sophia leaves Folsense while pregnant of Katia's mother. Dropstone is founded by Sophia. Around 44 to 39 years before Hershel is born to Leon Bronev and his wife Rachel. 34 years before Theodore is born to Leon Bronev and his wife Rachel. Randall Ascot, Henry Ledore, Alphonse Dalston and Angela Ledore are born. Over 30 years before Past events from Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy. Bronev and his wife are kidnapped by Targent. Theodore is adopted by Roland and Lucille Layton. His name is changed to Hershel Layton. Around 29 years before Keelan Makepeace is born. 24 years before Emmy Altava is born. Barton is born. 23 years before Janice Quatlane is born. 20 years before The Laytons move to Stansbury. Hershel Layton attends Kingsbrook Academy. He becomes friends with Randall Ascot, Angela Ledore and several others. 17 years before Past events from Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask. Randall and Hershel sneak out and go to the ruins of Akbadain. They trigger a trap and Randall falls in a seemingly endless pit. Eve Belduke is born. 16 years before Espella Cantabella is born. 10 years before Luke Triton is born. Around 10 years before Hershel Layton goes to Gressenheller University and is taught by Dr. Andrew Schrader. He meets Claire and starts a relationship with her. Justin Lawson is born. 7 years before Hershel Layton finishes his education. Eventually, he becomes a professor himself. Janice Quatlane will be one of his students. Past events from Professor Layton and the Unwound Future. A time machine experiment goes wrong, with the deaths of Clive's Parents and several other people as a result, and it blasts Claire to 10 years in the future. She returns to the moment of the explosion and dies. Bill Hawks gets a huge amount of money for testing the time machine. Hershel Layton is beaten up for trying to investigate the accident and has to be hospitalized. Nina is born. 6 years before Past events from Professor Layton and the Last Specter. Professor Layton helps out Emmy Altava when she is falsely accused of being a thief. Around 3 years before Alfendi Layton is born. Hilda Pertinax is born. Around 6 months before Jean Descole kidnaps Doland Noble and Brenda Triton. He starts terrorizing Misthallery with his "Specter". Melina Whistler dies. REFERENCE TIME Events from Professor Layton and the Last Specter. Emmy Altava becomes Professor Layton's assistant. Professor Layton and Emmy go to Misthallery and meet Luke Triton. Together, they solve the mystery of the Specter and defeat Jean Descole. In the end, they find the Azran's "Golden Garden". Some months later Events from Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva. Melina Whistler sends a letter to Professor Layton under the name of her friend Janice Quatlane. Professor Layton and Luke take part in the "game of eternal life" while Emmy investigates Ambrosia with Dr. Schrader. Professor Layton solves the legend of Ambrosia bun playing the three sacred songs together, causing Ambrosia to rise from below the water. Sometime before a year later Randall Ascot meets Jean Descole and they make plans for Randall to take revenge on Henry Ledore. Randall becomes the Masked Gentleman and starts terrorizing Monte d'Or. A year later Events from Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask. Professor Layton, Luke and Emmy go to Monte d'Or after receiving a letter from Angela Ledore. They eventually unmask the Masked Gentleman and defeat Jean Descole. They discover the true treasure of the Akbadain ruins. 2 years later Desmond Sycamore finds Aurora in her icy prison in Froenborg. Events from Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy. 3 years later Events from Professor Layton and the Curious Village. Professor Layton and Luke explore St. Mystere Professor Layton saves Flora Reinhold from the Tower and presumably adopts her. 3 years later (days after Curious Village) Events from Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box. Professor Layton and Luke take the Molentary express to Luxenbelle. They find Flora, who was also on the train in disguise. Temporary stop in Dropstone The train moves on, but ends up going to Folsense. The mysteries of Folsense are solved. 3 years later (sometime after Diabolical Box) Events from Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. Unknown Claire arrives in London from 10 years in the past. Clive finishes the work on Future London. 3 years later (months after Diabolical Box) Events from Professor Layton and the Unwound Future. Professor Layton receives a letter from Future Luke. Professor Layton and Luke find the clock shop and are brought to Future London. ... Luke says professor Layton goodbye as he is boarding a ship. Around 5 years later Lucy Baker is born. 5 years later Luke saves the just born baby of the dying mother Kamilla Azan from a sinking ship. Luke returns to London with the baby, where professor Layton states that he will take care of the baby as if she was his own and named her Katrielle Layton. Around 6 years later Diane Makepeace is born. 7 years later Ernest Greeves is born under the name Miles Richmond. Unknown Luke marries with Marina. Barton becomes Commissioner of Scotland Yard. 15 years later Katrielle says goodbye to professor Layton and Luke before they went on a journey to solve the mystery of the Hidden Relics. Professor Layton and Luke are captured by the priest of the Cranscoll Cathedral in Southampton and are locked up inside coffins of the Relics Treasure that serve as a door to the future. 16 years later Lord Maximilian Richmond finds a large stash of diamonds and relinquishes them to the Seven Dragons of London. Lord Richmond dies because of illness. 19 years later Past events from Layton's Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires' Conspiracy. Miles, under a mistaken belief, swears revenge on the Seven Dragons following the death of his mother and takes the name Ernest Greeves. 22 years later Past events from Layton Brothers: Mystery Room. Alfendi Layton gets shot by Keelan Makepeace at Forbodium Castle. Following these events, he develops a Dissociative Identity Disorder. 24 years later Past events from Layton's Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires' Conspiracy. Ernest goes on to study at Gressenheller and meets Katrielle when mistakenly accused for stealing a scientific paper. 25 years later Events from Layton's Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires' Conspiracy. Ernest Greeves becomes Katrielle's unpaid assistant. Sherl comes to seek Katrielle's help and stays at the Detective Agency. 26 years later Rosa Grimes visits the Detective Agency and tells Katrielle all she knows about professor Layton's journey to solve the Hidden Relics mystery. Katrielle goes on a journey to find her father. Final events from Layton's Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires' Conspiracy. Ernest disguises himself as Lord Adamas and host a puzzle game for the Seven Dragons and Katrielle at the Richmond Manor as an attempt to trick the Seven out of their money. Ernest reveals himself in front of Katrielle and the Seven Dragons as actually being Miles. Around 26 years later Events from Layton Brothers: Mystery Room. Lucy Baker becomes Alfendi Layton's co-worker
