OMG! I can't beleive that I am actually sitting in the hotel bar, with Clive and Janice the night before the wedding, I am so excited!
"Pint of Carlsberg, please." Clive smugly said.
"I still can't beleive that your parents wouldn't allow you to drink until you were 21." I said.
Clive just sat there while Janice giggled. Considering we were best friends the age gap between us is pretty big, seven or six years, I think. Same with me and Yula, 7 years again.
"Game anyone?" Janice said holding up a Pool-stick-thingy.
"I will!" Clive replied.
So I just sat there watching Clive losing and Janice thrashing him. Getting every single ball in, Clive only had one go throughout the whole game! I loved it. Sharon, Kelly and Katia arrived. Poor Katia, she isn't 18 yet. Only a month and two day left till she can drink. Poor her, missing the best part of weddings, getting drunk! Then Sharon decided to make an annoucement.
" So, tomorrow is my wedding. Here is what I would like you to do. In the morning, you girls go up to the master suite, where I am staying, and we will get ready there. Clive, you go home, no boys should be with us. Including the best man. Girls, if you want to, the hotel pool is open. So, until tomorrow, just have fun!"
So all of us rushed out of the bar, got our stuff from our rooms, and ran back down, into the pool changing rooms, ditching Clive. This is the best time of my life, so far! Even Nina, and my daughter, Clova (they are good friends) showed up! I love it!
