Wedgeham Castle is the castle where Anton Herzen and Jean Descole live in Professor Layton's London Life. It is the London Life version of the Herzen Castle from Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box. When entered, the player will come across a hall inhabited by bats that take Happiness from the player if they touch them. The hall Anton and Descole remain in is the same dining hall featured in Diabolical Box, with the candle-lit table. Anton and Descole are the only inhabitants of the castle. Nigel, Anton's butler, could also inhabit the castle, but he is not seen.

- The picture Anton can be seen staring at is a painting of Sophia.
- Descole only inhabits the castle whilst Anton is the player's roommate. He is kicked out when Anton returns.
